Terms and Conditions

• This is a prepaid subscription System, there is no cancellation policy, once subscribed can be upgraded.
• The TAT for go live is for 7 days, Day 0 will be realized on Go Live Day, and Grace period of 15 days is provided free of cost as TAT for deployment and training purpose, once in a lifetime.
• Initial training is Free of Cost and training will be provided by the means of Virtual or Online means only (by Google meet or Zoom Meeting). We can provide 1-2 onsite visits, on request for NCR customers only with in NCR limits. Outstation visits for training can be done, for that customer has to provide boarding and lodging expenses or Rs. 5000 per day to the trainer.
• Training will be provided in phases, Phase 1: included the operational things, Phase2: Company Masters and Setting up the panel rates, Phase3: Component and Module Training related to Kitchen Combinatory, Phase 4: Listing of H/W, Fittings, Appliances and setting up the H/W Bundles, Phase 5: Calibration of Cut List. Client has to sit for at least 2 hrs on daily basis, Monday to Friday on strict basis in a particular time slot fixed for handover program. Customer has to clear the handover program within 2 weeks or 10 working days., We will start billing period from 15 day of Go Live.
